Update: the only complaint I have is that when we directly asked if the credit check with the financing option was a soft check or a hard check, we were confidently told it was a soft check. However, we just got notified that it was most definitely a hard check.

“I recently purchased a mattress from Midwest Mattress Wholesalers. They were amazing to work with. Their delivery driver Rob was very punctual and when I told him we were currently fiddling with the metal base to adjust it so the box spring I had would fit, he said not to worry about it because he would take care of it when he got there. Rob tried several avenues to get the box spring to fit into the metal frame and it would not. We ended up having to buy a box spring from Midwest Mattress Wholesalers and they worked with us on the price because they understood the predicament we were in. We needed the bed to be in place today to accommodate my mother in law who needed the mattress the next day. Rob offered to deliver the box spring after normal working hours to ensure we had a bed for my mother in law. If you’re ever in need of a mattress, check these guys out. You won’t be disappointed.”
