I had initially purchased a Sebo vacuum on Amazon and realize that I could not register it for the warranty. So I returned it to Amazon and found this store and I’m so glad I did. I subsequently broke my hip on vacation and now am the proud owner of a lighter weight, cordless Miele tri flex with excellent service again from Mike and Julie. Their prices are competitive with Amazon but the value they add makes it an easy decision!!! I didn't have my glucose tablets with me to bring up my sugar level. Mary got a sucker from another employee and Zach give me a sprite. Mary made me a seat to sit down and she kept checking on me. We spent weeks contacting companies and exploring showrooms in search of a new gas fireplace and kept getting astronomical quotes without anyone actually coming to look at our house. Frank (owner) at St. Louis Home Fires was amazing from the start! He personally came out to our house before providing us a quote for the work and accompanied his team a few days before the scheduled job just to ensure they knew exactly what work was required. His guys were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient during install, and when we noticed a slight cosmetic issue after install, Frank responded within minutes with a solution and had the new part ordered and installed within a week. “I feel obligated to make time to provide a stellar review for the young ladies of the Overland location. As a new business owner, life can be very stressful and sometimes the smallest things will send u over the edge. Well this would have been the case, but due to these lady’s exemplary display of stellar customer service, I was able to secure one small win that made a world of difference in my day.
Unable to make a purchase using my commercial card (due to not having it physically with me), the ladies in customer service Minetta and Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of making me feel like a burden or bother, these ladies exercised a great deal of patience, empathy, and understanding. It’s sad to say that customer service is so none existent today, I find it surprising when I receive such good service. Because of this i’m compelled to give these women their flowers. They were able to eventually find a solution for me and ultimately resolved my issue. In general, the customer service at this location seems to be a priority. I started off in the check out line and the young lady assisting me was very polite and patient as well. She was a carmel color EXTREMELY petite, longer black hair, and easy on the eyes. I want to say she had a piercing somewhere on her face, but I could be wrong. She was a younger girl, but displayed maturity and professionalism throughout our interaction. This location is diligent in their efforts to provide a top tier experience and I am happy to say they helped me immensely that day. Based off my interaction, we move baby Olive Oyl to customer service as she has the demeanor, patience, and personality for it. We get Minetta and Tiffany in some sort of leadership role/position as they understand the big picture and have demonstrated their ability to exercise good judgement and provide stellar service. Thank u to the ladies of the OV location.”

“Had an appointment to get my laptop fixed. Showed up 10 minutes early just to be safe and waited 20 minutes to be seen. Not a problem so far. This guy talks through the problem and end up telling me that he has to send it off to Apple and it’s a 9-15 day process, but also he is not from that store originally so I will have to wait for the other Geek to finish with her customer so she can process it. All good. Takes about 10 minutes for the other customer to get finished up and then we begin. Reviewed every thing from the other guy and she starts typing. She stops to check in a new walk in and here is where I became frustrated. Over the course of about an hour she spent about 10 total minutes working to process my drop off because every time a new walk in comes in, she stops to check them in, which is fine, but each one she spent about 5 minutes talking through their problem instead of getting the gist and telling them she’ll address it when it’s their turn. Finally, she has reached a stopping point and tells me “Good news! You won’t have to wait 9/15 days because I suggest you take this to MacHQ because they can do in store repair!” Turns out that she was having difficulty running diagnostics and she could not process the drop off without running diagnostics. If I had simply been able to walk away from the store with this one thing checked off my to do list, I would have forgiven everything else. However, enduring the unnecessary hour of her very distractedly helping me only to tell me that, essentially, if she’d worked a little quicker, I could have just been on my way. I would leave one star, but I do not think the store and its other employees deserve to be lumped into the poor workmanship of this one individual.”
