“Outside part of the doors hit were good it was the inside disappointments and multiple trips afterwards. Then three seperate trips to the bodyshop should not happen to any customer. 1st to pick up the car it was very dirty inside. The passenger side was hit and decals I ordered for the inside of the car were missing. Then the door weather strips were bad and the wheel alignment needing readjusting. So I returned a 2nd time.

The did compensate me for everything. I went back a 3rd time and they fixed everything to earn a revised 5-stars.”

“Start to finish the process was efficient and fillled with interactions with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We used the location off Baur Blvd and my main contact was Eric. The work was done on the rear bumper of our BMW X7 which was rear-ended. I am extremely particular about my cars and their condition. As an easy example, I hand wash them. The refinished bumper looks as it should - brand new. Vehicle was ready when promised. Updates were provided via my preferred channel (text) and the team was highly responsive when I texted a question. Highly recommend.”

“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”
“They did a great job repairing hail damage I had in a storm recently. Very easy to work with and walked me through the process with my insurance. Their PDR person is a wizard, they didn't have to replace anything and were able to remove all the dents. Car looks good as new!”

“Dan and the crew EBG auto body work great to work with. Very responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. The work was very high-quality and they hit targeted dates of completion.
One thing that blew me away, is that the car that we had worked on was not the cleanest on the inside when EBG received it and I was fully prepared to spend time cleaning out the inside or having car detailed.
