So far great, they have resolved an intermittent issue that three other shops said the had fixed but didn't. But still charged me for their work. If the problem is finally resolved it's worth the price.

Can’t speak highly enough about Hartmann’s. Used them in this instance to get my structurally damaged car from a poorly run salvage yard in Caseyville, IL (IAA, State Farm uses them). Hartmann’s is professional, caring, and definitely went the extra mile today. I am grateful for a reputable towing service.

I needed help with a flat and called for a tow, and not only was he fast and friendly, but he helped me fix the tire, even going to grab a part for me, which was so helpful and saved me time and money. Highly recommend!
