“I was overly worried about my tire after I somehow had a screw lodged into it. The air kept leaving my psi at 15 or lower. I scheduled an appointment the next day. The employees were incredibly nice, as always. They fix my tire within 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the service. I went in thinking there’s no way I’m not leaving with a big tire bill when I really left with a fixed tire and they said it’s no problem you’re good. The sweetest thing after so much anxiety with an awful thing that happens to us all at least once in our life. I appreciate them all so much. I’ll be back again for sure. Service and kind and honest people are hard to find now. Thank you all. You turned my bad day into a good one.”

“I called several Tire Service businesses/companies across the St. Louis area and received poor service. I was inquiring about a tire since I popped mine. When I called Century Tire & Auto Service, I spoke with Devin on the phone. She was, by far, the most helpful person I spoke with all day. She informed that the tire I was requesting was an usual tire and they didn't have any in stock. She let us know we could order but we wanted one ASAP. She was kind enough to suggest nearby locations that would be able to help. I wish more Tire Service shops had someone as helpful as Devin!”

“This review is long overdue. My apologies, life gets busy. However, I want to commend Ryan U. at the Overland location. He went above and beyond and made sure I understood everything completely. He is trustworthy and honest, which is hard to find in this type of business. He found a MAJOR flaw on my vehicle (JUST PURCHASED) that potentially saved mine and my children’s lives, even after the other company fraudulently passed the safety inspection. He definitely deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise.

“They replaced my transmission for my '94 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They told me it was one they found that had been recently rebuilt. I wasn't given an exact warranty document, but I will keep track of any issues that come up during my next 10000 miles. I have driven it now for over two tank fulls of gas with no issues so far.”

“Everything about Christian Brothers Automotive is all you could want in a repair. They are very sincere and compassionate in helping you work through an aggravating unexpected problem. “After leaving a review of the issues I had at the location on Watson in Shrewsbury the regional manager called me within 20 minutes. He had me bring my suv in to this location and took it for a test drive to verify the issue. They found that 2 tires that I just had installed 2 months ago were out of balance and the tire I just had repaired was really out of balance (all of the work was previously performed by the Shrewsbury location). I'm thankful that someone at the Lemay Ferry Car X was willing to stand behind their work and fix their mistakes.”

“The one place where it doesn't take long for them to fix your foreign car, but I believe the price increases depending on how you look! $225/hr is steep, and it's been called price gouging by many. Do your research. I found a place that would have done the same job for $210 cheaper AFTER it was too late for this repair, but I know next time.”

“On June 14th around 2 PM, I stopped across the street to fill a tire that was showing low air pressure. As I crouched down to check it, I heard a hissing sound and noticed the driver’s side rear tire was down to 20 PSI - it should’ve been around 35. I realized I didn’t have much time to get it repaired.
While searching for a nearby Dobbs (where I had just purchased new tires), I looked up and spotted a Car-X right across the street. I drove over and was immediately greeted by the manager, Kevin Radtke. I told him I was already late to a party, and without hesitation, he called over a technician. They jacked up the car and fixed the flat on the spot - in just 10 minutes.
