I ordered shorts and it said they were out for delivery, then forwarded back to the post office. They then did a return to sender a few times and eventually they got delivered to a house in warrensburg.

Passport services are almost impossible here, the one person that does them doesn’t show up till 2 and then i had an appointment that got canceled cause they didn't have the people for it?? Tried to walk in a few days later at 2 and the one man asked the other in front of me if he could do the passport stuff today and he replied i don't want to do walk ins and that was it… HIGHLY recommend Warrensburg for passport stuff was in and out within 25 minutes super friendly and helpful staff

I am still waiting, because there is a delay on replacing post box keys from previous owners to new owners. And I have very important mail and packages that I need and all they say is, "I'm sorry. did you receive a call? If not then it hasn't been replaced yet." When I asked for solutions they said there is none. I couldn't hold my mail I couldn't get a deposit box. I don't know how many people or what the process is but whatever it is they're not going to answer your questions they're just going to do is look pissed off at you for even being in their presence. If my box is not ready next week Wednesday I will be reporting this to the mayor.

Have had packages end up here and sit here instead of being delivered on time. Currently have an Amazon package that has been in their possession for 4 days and has not been delivered still.

I am very thankful to have this post office in Knob Noster. Their hours are more limited, but it's a small town post office and I don't expect the hours to be extensive. I personally haven't had any problems with the staff there.Steve, who I assume is the person people are complaining about, is actually quite nice. You have to speak loudly and clearly so he can hear you through the plexiglass (if he doesn't respond, it's likely because he didn't hear you). But take the time to learn his name and be kind, and I promise you will see that he is kind and helpful.

I don't normally do this but this is a second terrible experience here and it's from the same person. Now the is not a bad place at all good people work here who r there to help you, but there's one man in particular who is an angry tyrant. He's older and bald and this is now the second time he would let me have my package after confirming it's mine. He'll talk in a suspicious and demeaning manner and will believe I'm trying to steal a package. Eventually he'll make something up saying they don't have the package there but I use both the route and shop app which allows me to track my packages. I've had friends, father, and sister all have very similar experience when confronting this guy. When no one is available it pick up the package at the address they simply send it to the post office for a future delivery. There's been times I come there and all they ask is for my name and address and that's all I need and the give me my package. But that older man won't believe the package is mine even after I give him everything he needs to confirm it. Like I said I never leave review but this was such a wasteful and aggravating way treating costumers and something has to be done about it.

I recycle used envelopes all the time since I shop online. When I come here they refuse to accept recycled envelopes because of previous labels. Normally, shipping services place blank label over to obliterate previous markings or labels. The desk guy was out-of-his mind upset that I brought a recycled envelopes and told me to take it back. I took it to Warrensburg Post Office where they kindly obliterated previous labels with blank labels.Other times I have been here, I came without an envelope and they were ready to charge me for using glue, staples, and printing labels. Glue, staples, and printing labels are the reasons why I go to post office. I think the problem with this location is that staff have NO education, communication skills, and the purpose of their job. If you are so upset, depressed, and mad at your own life that you work there, go find a place to work where you would not be instead of messing with people who have busy work schedules and have less than 10 minutes to stop in to drop off a shipment.Now, I go to Warrensburg Post Office or Pack N' Mall. They warmly greet you. They are shipment professionals who understand the importance of customer service. No matter what you bring for shipment, they are not ready to rob you or ask you to pack it yourself. They present you with different shipment options to help you to consider what would be most cost effective. It makes me laugh when depressed individuals with ZERO customer skills handle people business. Hence, the management does NOT know this about their staff, they have got a serious problem.

Have put in a change of address form twice now and still they sent my packages to previous address and was asked what you want me to do about it and I said I want you to get my package fr0m address your delivered to and deliver to the right address and he said we can't do that. This is now over $200 worth of stuff they. Sent to wrong adress

Twice in this week alone have I received someone else’s mail and now I’m missing a package that their tracking says was delivered. No doubt delivered to a neighbor.

No complaints here.I am grateful to have a local post office.I am puzzled by all the negative reviews & nobody at this post office has been rude to me. They always get the job done in a timely manner.There is one clerk that seems to have problems hearing or understanding me but he still gets the job done.
