Much better pontoon than we rented from another vendor the last time we were out here. 200hp engine, Bluetooth, and a cooled beverage holder for the captain. Very friendly staff! Offered ice pops to all our kiddos. Thank you for a great time!

It doesnt matter who we deal with at Big Thunder they make me feel like I'm the best customer they have ever had. If you asked me what's the best department I couldn't pick one.
Sales, service and retail all are amazing.
My salesman answers my text from Europe. Wow is all I can say. ( Blake) Service answers a call or text with in an hour basicly anytime of the day. Its crazy how they bent over backwards helping me with my new boat and not having a lift. They went above and beyond to get my boat on the water. The retail store not only has great merchandise but the entire staff is helpful. I took a surf board off my shin and Ryan stopped what he was doing and fixed my board. Way above expectation ! Ryan makes it way to easy to spend money !! Haha

Came to LOTO for our annual vacation, took boat off trailer and it was dead in the water. Rick at Big Thunder was the only place who answered on a Sunday. Took it to the crew at Big Thunder and they took care of us. Saved our vacation, super grateful for Big Thunder Crew at Glen Cove! Thanks again from the Junes! #nebraska

Great service on my Yamaha 250 SHO. Mr. Rick Sanders was very welcoming and understanding/professional. Mr. Gary also helped tremendously with the installation of my hour meter needed for my engine.

Everything was great with the renting and picking up, turning in the boat. Our only complaint was that the anchor was not really adequate to keep the boat in place when we wanted to “cove out”. They need to put heavier/better anchors in the pontoon boats.
