“While on vacation late on a Tuesday afternoon, our car broke down north of Osage Beach on 54. I called three rent a car agencies before I reached Dusty at express. None of the previous would help; it was too late in the day. Dusty was there within 10 minutes to pick up my husband, I and our two kids. Tow trucks do not allow anyone to ride in the truck with the driver. She quickly took us back to the office to fill out the rental agreement. The rental very was reasonably priced, and the service was exceptional.”
