“Visiting from Texas, we had one mission: track down some Braunschweiger for a recipe. Of course, we managed to grab the roll of sugar cookie instead. (Calories over pork liver — the teens in our group didn’t complain!)
When we called Woods Supermarket, the sweetest and most helpful lady answered the phone. She didn’t just check — she proudly told us they had two different kinds of Braunschweiger waiting for us. Her kindness and cheerfulness turned a simple grocery call into a five-star experience.

“Lots of food options. Lots of cooked food including breakfast. They have fresh made sandwiches you can order. There is even a laundry mat if you need. Lots of liquor too. There have 25 cent self serve air also. I was hoping to get a long john donut but they just had only glazed donuts.”
