They have THE DUMBEST online order pickup. Email instructions say to go in the FRONT DOOR and follow the orange signage to the pickup counter. There was exactly ONE visible sign in the center of the store that showed an arrow that DID NOT point to the pickup counter which wound up being as far away from the front door as possible and of course, ZERO employees around to direct you to the pickup area. I place online orders for convenience and this is not convenient whatsoever. It would have taken less time to go get the item off the shelf myself and go through checkout than to have to hike to the furthest corner.

Great store good service friendly people. Has new stuff on its displays. Landscaping poles were bad no straight ones most had bad cracks in them.

I really enjoy visiting and shopping at this location due to the professionalism and hospitality of staff. Today, I was informed by an employee that the cute fluffy cat was the stores. I love puddy tats, but since Home Depot Osage has first store kitty, a fitting name for Menards Osage cat should be “Copy”. Wish I had phone to take picture.

Nice enough people but their processes are a mess. I guess Menards is the sloppy younger brother to Lowe’s and Home Depot. It’s all fine and dandy until you have to return something that requires access to the backyard. Your time means nothing to them. Corporations can really suck! Long live the small businesses of the USA

I always enjoy going to Menards we went quite often. I'm so glad they migrated further south now that I've moved so I can still enjoy the things that Menards sells for men and women you name it they've got it.
