Menards is a store where customers can often find what they need, sometimes at cheaper prices than competitors. Reviews note a great store with good service and friendly, professional people, though the hardware department help is sometimes described as getting a little lazy. The store has new displays and seasonal items like Halloween decorations. However, the online order pickup process is criticized as inconvenient and poorly signed, making it difficult to find. Some products, like landscaping poles, have been noted as low quality with cracks. Overall, it is a place many enjoy visiting for its wide variety of items for men and women.
Just want to say thanks to Ms Autumn behind the desk and Ms Pat at register. Both so nice, helpful, and just great folks. The store and staff always nice and keep everything stocked all the time. Thank you all for the great work!

Absolutely love this store chain. Loaded the Menards app while in the store. Very helpful in locating items is the very large store.
