I wouldn't even give 1 star if that was an option. We purchased thousands of dollars from the Lake of the Ozarks store for 2 new shower kits. We relied on the plumbing department expert to handle our order correctly. BIG MISTAKE. We got 2 complete kits and ONE $924 shower door for some unknown reason - not really sure why she only ordered one door. A short time after placing the order and paying, we thought about canceling the shower bottom trays because they were a long lead time but minutes after my husband asked the employee to check if it was even possible he left a message NOT to cancel it but she still canceled it along with some special order shelves (that weren't even discussed). By the time we realized everything was so messed up we had to settle for non matching shower bottom trays and get the shelves reordered and the 2nd door that should have been ordered at the beginning but now they weren't offering any rebates. This whole transaction ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. Their opinion is that we saved money because the non matching shower bottom trays were had to settle for were less expensive but they were not what we even wanted. If everything had been done correctly at the beginning, we would have gotten what we wanted and hundreds more in rebates. And, they just simply don't care and take no responsibility for all their mistakes. If you have a choice, go to Home Depot or Lowes!!!!

Looks like the rebate is a scam! My opinion wire F... and deceptive advertising. Heck of a way to treat people. Third party processing is just not. Cant get rebate checks. Management says everyone gets them but if you do some research not the case.So to add...Sadly, a response was sent to me on my review to call the store. So I called, spoke to Paul, stated response was by GOOGLE and was not them....we spoke briefly and my opinion, response-was still too bad on the rebates we owe you. Cant do anything for you. The rebates in question are significant amounts and were inducements/savings that weighed on my decision to purchase from them.

I recently purchased product from this store in lake Ozark and when i went to use the product it was opened. The three items were labels wrong and were not packaged correctly. I also purchased a grill from this store and when I went to put it together it was missing parts. I also purchased a power washer last summer, the pump went out and when I went to return the item they told me I had to take it to motor hut and get a work order for the replacement part. I spent over four hours and 30$ in fuel with no reimbursement for time or fuel.

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Zachary that works the lumber yard area. We have been several times the past few days and I can’t tell you how helpful he has been with loading our orders. He had such a positive attitude and made us feel valued as customers.

I had to go get some paint to paint my bedroom,right off the bat the guy was very Disrespective, act like I was a dumb woman that didn't know anything,when asking questions act like he didn't want to help me , very short with me, when i Decided what brand i wanted and color of paint ,we shop at your store alot and Never been Treated like this before .. like I didn't have the money ..

Just used Menard's Delivery Service and was lucky enough to get James Haynes in his Cube Van. He did an excellent job and was very professional, yet super friendly. I know he loves his job and it shows!

Bought $1600 worth of vinyl plank flooring. Requested it be delivered. Paid an extra $100 for delivery. Only day they could deliver was 5 days out, which was fine but told them it couldn’t be delivered before 2pm that day. I was asked how I wanted it delivered, outside, in garage, inside house…….. I told them inside garage. This was confirmed by 2separate employees. A day prior to delivery, I get a call from Menards saying it would be late morning delivery. Uh, I said no— it can’t be until after 2 pm. They found in their notes that in fact that was the arrangements. Received a call the day of delivery that it would be delivered around 10:30 am. AGAIN, I told them it couldn’t be before 2 pm. I was offered another day for delivery but would be charged another additional delivery fee. After 4 more phone calls, Bob informed me that I should have asked more questions and this was now my fault. When I tried to explain 2 employees set this up, one of them was new and didn’t know any better but it was still my fault for not asking the right questions!! WTH Menards. Have spent over $15000 since Jan and this is how I’m treated? Guess Home Depot will be happy to take my $$$

I was just there returning metal siding with scratched you know I'm a decent guy but when you have a little attitude and you think you're like the boss or something like that or that boss mentality that's not gonna work for me I was fine back there till the guy came and told me oh nice though all that stuff on the ground it's in everybody's way which it wasn't and it was my turn to have an attitude that all the sudden I'm the bad person I'm causing all the trouble thanks

I bought a 14000 btu a/c unit last night for our business. Went to install after opening the box and found the rear corner of the a/c had been caved in. Upon calling the store I had the worst luck of reaching BRITTANY one of three store managers! After hearing how upset I was that they sold me a repackaged damaged item, I was offered nothing for my time or unconvince! Not even a simple sorry for this NOTHING! I was however greeted with a snotty attitude well your blaming my team which is another no no in customer service! She has zero business dealing with the public with an attitude like hers. I will now return to Home depot where I should have never left! Great job Brittany!!!

Just purchased a brand new Maytag washing machine (4/2023). It stopped working in the middle of my first load. I paid $160.00 to have it delivered. The repair man can't come out for three weeks. Menards refused to replace it unless if I personally hired someone to bring back the nonfunctioning one, and again pay to have a working machine re-delivered. What a joke.

Horrible customer service in the back pickup. My husband and 8 year old son went there today to pick up shower walls that we ordered. The employees refused to help my husband lift them into his truck. Thankfully after other customers watched him and my 8 year old struggle to get them in they came and helped. Not once did a “customer service” employee of Menards come and help. Instead they watched and refused to help. This is not the first time we have experienced bad customer service from this store and unfortunately they lost our business this time.

I said by far the worst experience of my life at any store ever and 41 years old my issue was with a guy who claims to be the general manager Tyler is very professional I think she's better than people judges people by the way they dress the way they look he's not fit for position he's in but that's my opinion too my opinion and my issues with him he likes you accuse people with things because he thinks she might have did it we prove me didn't do it you don't get an apology I ain't answer your cooperation nothing so I will be calling Tyler's boss tomorrow for what he did me last night in that storage you don't have people that was humiliating corporation
