“What a great target I love that is smaller and not like a really big target. I feel like it's more personable. Everything is neatly tucked away and it's easy to find everything.The dollar spot is right when you walk in, and very well organized. The customer service area is so friendly and also right when you walk in which is great because at some locations, it's all the way in the back of the store .The store was very clean throughout. “Horrible experience after horrible experience with customer service. Verizon’s agents and advertisements are dishonest & misleading. I was contemplating leaving Verizon until I stopped by the store in Wentzville and the manager was able to finally resolve all of my ongoing issues that had nothing to do with him or this store, but I didn’t know what else to do. He was a younger man, I believe his name was Levi. Anymore these days it is rare to find the level of kindness and professionalism he conducted himself with, you are lucky to have him on your team. He deserves raise or promotion!”
