We drove from Peru, Indiana to St. Louis, Missouri on Saturday. On Sunday morning our battery went bad. We went to Fireside Complete Auto Care. TJ was kind and helpful. He got us in and out before lunch. ❤️

GREAT SERVICE IN THE PAST!
POOR,POOR,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY 7/1/25.
FOUND OUT AT 7AM THIS MORNING THAT MY SCHEDULED FRONT-END ALIGNMENT WAS ENTERED AS A DROP-OFF.
COULD MAYBE GET TO IT THIS AFTERNOON. NO GUARANTEE.
DESK MAN HAD A PISSED AT THE WORLD ATTITUDE!
TOLD ME THAT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WERE WEEKS OUT.
DID NOTHING TO TRY AND WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH ME.
I TOOK OFF WORK TODAY. NOW I HAVE LOST WAGES.
YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE SHOULD CHECK THEIR BAD ATTITUDES AT THE DOOR AND TRY TO HELP PAYING CUSTOMERS OUT, NOT GIVE ME ATTITUDE!!!!!
I SUGGEST YOU DO SOMETHING IF YOU CARE AT ALL!!!

We had a rental with a bad tire from Alamo and I was told by the Enterprise office in Wentzville to take it to this location. When my sister and I went there, the man-I did not get his name, green shirt-talked to us like we were stupid. That day when I called for an update the guy on the phone said there was no bubble but they were changing the oil and rotating the tires. Since the next day was a holiday and we already had plans that started before the store closed we had someone else pick up the keys so we could get it the next day. When my uncle went in to pick up the keys they didn't ask for any proof or anything. He could have asked to pick up any car on the lot!
When we drove over to pick it up the next day, July 4, we checked and lo and behold, the bubble was still there. They simply moved the tire from the driver rear to driver front. Explain to me how your employee couldn't see that when my sister saw it from 10 feet away, 4 other people saw it, and someone else saw it from a cell phone picture?
We went back again the next day and the girl said we were attacking her when we told her what was wrong. We showed it to her. They put the spare on but when I went to the counter when we were leaving to apologize if the girl felt she was being attacked about something that should have been corrected the first time, all the man said was "Ok." Really?
I guess since it was a rental and had a contract with the rental company it didn't matter to them, but I would not recommend this Firestone location and unfortunately it's not the only location my family has had problems with.
Edited to add that I heard from the location manager and we discussed it briefly. I do appreciate him talking to me so I changed tne score

Scheduling an appointment is a joke! I have no choice but to wait with my vehicle and they told me its ovee a month before they can get me in or go somewhere else. Apparently an appointment tome DOES NOT MATTER if they will get to your car whenever. What a JOKE! Just lost my business!

Firestone said they would call me with details to the findings and repairs, which never happened. I got an email stating my brakes were worn and my tires needed attention. Then I got a call at the end of the day that my car was ready to be picked up. No opportunity to talk about my brake findings, no opportunity to talk about the lock actuator, no opportunity to talk about my tune-up, and no opportunity to talk about my tires. While I might have a little brake life left on my 120K 2018 Jeep, I don't wait for things to fail before I replace them, especially with my safety and my vehicle. I would have opted to go ahead and replace my brakes and lock actuator. Firestone simply rotated my tires and called it good. I'll be taking my Jeep to another location/auto care center to ensure my maintenance is done and the auto repair place does what they promise they would do.
