Elmer was extremely helpful. He took his time explaining us through some issues we were having and went above and beyond to help us. He is a great representative for Firestone, we will always use this company, and location, for any of our future needs. Thank you Elmer! Highly suggest this place.

Had a daughter that was leaving for college on a Sunday. I called and explained my situation and even though they were busy, they got my daughter's tires fixed so she could head off to college. You guys were a lifesaver today! You just created a lifetime client.
