Today we had the delight of meeting Lynn and she was SO informative and just loved talking about their animals and educated us about some changes to make for our baby ball. We had a blast checking out the snakes they had and learning about them.”

“Wonderful store and very helpful staff! My husband bought a 75 gallon fish tank, stand, filter and lots of items for the tank. After getting home and opening the box for the stand he realized one of the boards was damaged. He called this store and they went above and beyond to get the replacement board. (Including driving to a different PetSmart store to pick up the new stand because we bought the last one at their store)The next day he realized that the filter he bought wouldn't fit on the tank so he took it back. Not only did the employee help us with the return he also helped us pick out the new filter and he opened the box and showed us how to install it! I absolutely recommend this store to every pet owner!”
