“I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years in another town and recently moved to Farmington. I had to have some meds eventually transferred to this pharmacy, I had to go today, April 8th, 2025 and had the absolute most pleasant experience. I had the nicest lovely woman Named Bobbie who took care of me and not only, without my even needing to say anything more than we just moved here, she let me know she would have all my prescriptions and everything sent over from the other pharmacy to return in 30 min. We did so and she just waved at us and let me know about my scripts had everything taken care of she was absolutely AMAZING she should give lessons to others on how to treat a customer. She was an absolute Joy and deserves not only this shout out but a raise ? thank you so much parkland health mart and thank YOU Bobbie!!”
“Sam at the Desloge location is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and advocating for patients! In the last year, Sam has fought to get more refills on my daughters medication, found manufacturers coupons (and helped fill them out, even contacting the company) because she felt we were paying too much for the medication. I’ve never had someone advocate so hard for a customer. I have never met Sam in person but my family is extremely grateful for her compassion to strangers. Thank you for everything you do Sam!”

I've had so many problems with Walgreens, I was at my limit and decided I would try out Walmart Pharmacy in desperation...and these people are miracle workers. It's been two weeks, and I've already received phenomenal service every single phone call. They actually WANT to help, and that is such a welcome change for me. “The worse problem with this Walgreens is its automated telephone service is essentially antiquated. Skip the automation and go directly to a real person. It's worth the wait rather than wasting your time with a machine that can't understand you.”

“I get my meds here every month. I also have the app which makes it 10 times easier cause I just have to look at what med I want and have it refilled. If something is wrong it will tell me in the app so I don't have to bother the workers. So this is a great place they really do take their time and care about people's health.”
“After spending over 10 long hrs at Wal-Mart trying to scan all my pictures for my sister's memorial and losing them all at the last second, I was both exhausted and devastated. I came to Walgreens ready to give up and Amber & Hannah helped me work all through the night to prepare this labor of love for my sister!
