“I cannot say enough good things! Last Sunday 7/19/26 my wife and I met a breeder there to pick up our new Basil. When we arrive our water pump in our truck went out. We got a travel mechanic to come and fix it for us so we could drive back home to republic. In the mean the time the staff of PetSense were absolutely incredible and nicest people ever. Our new little pup had thrown up a couple times and they so graciously gave us a cute little pink bow, a bowl of water, a towel and some treats all free of charge for our new little pup and let us hangout in the ac while our truck was being worked on. The mechanic fixed our truck as they were closing so it worked out perfectly. My wife went to return the towel and bowl of water and they told her to just keep the towel for the ride home. We did get her an engraved dog tag so we’ll always remember how kind they were to us during a very stressful time for our family!”
“We have been going to this TSC for about a year and have always had a good experience. ?We have even taken back a few products and they have replaced them. A leaking metal watering can and a T post pounder that was under warranty.
Don't know about those 1 star reviews but the staff has always been happy to help and friendly. In the spring this TSC even sells chicks.”

“Made my first visit to purchase bales of straw for covering newly planted grass seed. The staff working the storefront were very welcoming and helpful. They took me to the loading area and explained to the workers there what I was needing. My straw was loaded in no time and I was off. I would definitely buy from this establishment again.”
