“We have been going to this TSC for about a year and have always had a good experience. ?We have even taken back a few products and they have replaced them. A leaking metal watering can and a T post pounder that was under warranty.
Don't know about those 1 star reviews but the staff has always been happy to help and friendly. In the spring this TSC even sells chicks.”

“Lowe's in Lebanon on the garden center side is very well organized and stocked. The rest of the store is in very good shape also. If you ask somebody they will likely be able to help you. There is quite a selection of plants and trees etc flowers and everything seems to work well with the floor plan so you don't have to go all over the place to find something that might be in five different spots. Good job everybody.”
“Shout out to the guy in Lumber at this Lebanon store! He helped us out tremendously with cutting up a board just right. Since we were camping, we were at a loss with the limited tools we brought and he saved the day (well, actually the whole camping trip)!! My husband is now able to fix the canopy /gazebo and we will back on vacation in no time. Many thanks to the helpful employee who bailed my husband out today!”

“went in today to pick up my toolbox found out that there was a miscommunication on the original order date the crew on shift made it right did everything they could to help me out had the best customer service I've seen in a place in a long time helped me load the toolbox and they were even willing to help me track down the correct product all in all five star customer service This Crew deserves praise for doing such an excellent job”
