“I called the store before I came due to it being a 2hr drive round trip. The Assist manager (Hailey or Hannah) I’m bad with names, was amazing assured me to come out and the drive would be worth it, it was more than worth it. Her and the other lady working were nothing short of amazing. Thank yall!”

“The size I needed was unavailable in the store. The employee was very helpful and ordered the shoes to be delivered to my home. She kindly explained to me that because one of my items was under a certain amount she had to charge me $4.95 shipping. My order was for 2 pairs of shoes and definitely exceed the amount if you took the entire order into consideration so I feel this stipulation is a bit ridiculous but certainly understand she does not set the rules and must abide by them. She was extremely efficient, personable and made it a pleasure doing business with Shoe Sensation.”
