I will never recommend this storage company KO Storage, and that is because the current owners Andrew Freeman and Jon Marshalla really don't care about their tenants. With the constant raising of the rent to the thefts that are taking place. As far as this particular storage facility, I do not recommend it at all. The on-site management will cut your lock, pretend to do an inventory on your items and if they see something they want - they will steal it as if it wasn't there in the first place and before they put up the unit for auction. After the auction, they will still charge you rent, insurance, lien fee, and late fee. You would be better off buying a shipping container and put it in your yard to store stuff. I would love to see a class action lawsuit put up against the two owners and all the unit management in other states going through the same problems.

The units are secure enough, but with the rent doubling I find it less appealing.

It's a srorage unit. It stores stuff like it's supposed to, no problem. Paying is super easy, all online and they send a reminder every month. I have zero complaints.

Since KO bought this place they have systematically jacked up the rates to double. They are rude. My son has 2 units there and we will be moving out soon. We are not the only ones getting screwed.... They must just want people to not be able to pay their bill so they can keep everything. I would have put zero stars but was not an option. I wish the old owner wouldn't have sold......The icing on the cake was the online new unit price was 70 dollars a month cheaper than what they raised our units to. They said we could rent a different unit at the cheaper rate..so lost 2 units rental 2 years worth of on time payments... Good luck KO

I love this place so far, but I couldn't get my safety latch open, so haven't seen inside. There are some dips so you might have puddles where you park.

When it was the old owners never had an issue ever sense it changed to KO stoage , Worse company I've ever delt with for storage . Customer service isn't helpful. Just over all horrible experience! Would not recommend .

I was so please with the process of getting a storage unit at the tip of your fingers … right from your phone. I am also pleased with the follow up calls I’ve gotten asking how my experience has been.. That’s AMAZING customer service..thank you so much Heather for calling me. Being a truck driver and being gone all the time; I know without a doubt that my belongings are safe and sound! Thank you again KO Storage!

I've been lucky enough to get to know Brent and Joy over the past 3 years. I rent one of the many storage buildings and these people are really nice to work with.

Brent and Joy are the best! I rented from them 20+ years ago and I’m so glad and lucky that they are STILL there. Love them!!
