I think CVS goes out of their way to hire rude, unhelpful pharmacy techs. The one today was busy chatting with coworkers while rudely saying, we'll be with you when we can. Additionally, the music was blaring so loudly, I had to yell my information to her.

The pharmacy staff is always been helpful and efficient when I have picked up prescriptions or asked questions.
