“I love, love, love Home Goods! I found some beautiful mirrors on sale. I also got some throw pillows and a rug for my dog. They have so much to look at, you can easily be there for hours, I was. I like finding items that I didn't see in other stores. Prices are good...hold on tight when you go...you might get HomeGoodsitist. ?”
“If you or your child needs a haircut, Shelbe at Lee's Summit JCPenney is amazing! My daughter loved her new haircut, and Shelbe is both amazing and welcoming. You won't be disappointed. In fact, my daughter asked if we can always go to her for her haircuts.”

“Very helpful associates except at self check out. Would appreciate more than one person there for questions or corrections such as accidentally scanning an item twice. When the associate did come over they were pleasant and helpful. My 2nd trip there the manager was on the register. She provided excellent customer service by quickly looking up my item that did not have a tag on it. Had I been at the self check out I would have left the item there rather than waiting. The store is clean yet the layout is confusing and difficult to find what you need. The staff stopped packing down to go get me a cart, loaded my large item and had it waiting at customer service for me. It's a great store with helpful associates. I do recommend this location.”

“I had a pickup order 2 days in a row at the Lee's Summit Walmart and Finley was professional each time. Sometimes the expectation of employees at Walmart is nonexistent but I witnessed this young man maintaining his cool in 95° weather while customers were sitting outside their cars waiting on their order. Someone even asked him if he was the only one working and he responded nicely and kept working.
Today, he offered to give me a different case of strawberries because some had fell out of the case. These small gestures make an impact and I definitely appreciated it.
I've been to this Walmart hundreds of times but felt the need to acknowledge this employee when I'm sure he gets a myriad of unfavorable personalities on a daily. Thank you Finley!”

“4 stars for the franchise, 5 stars for the staff. The selection is what it is, but I have yet to have a negative experience at this location & the bathrooms are typically clean (very important detail ?).”
