Been attending for over a year now, and my fitness continues to improve regularly. Easy-going and welcoming community. Intelligent programming, good variety of class times and availability. Ownership & coaching staff is honest, genuine, and altogether creates a team that is worth joining.

Do Work has helped me regain the sense of being an elite athlete that I had lost while becoming a new mom. The people, the facilities, the atmosphere are all top notch. I am immensely grateful for Robby and his wonderful team of coaches!

Do Work CrossFit in Lees Summit believes in being a team but also focuses on the health and fitness of each individual. The overall goal is to beat your own score. Even though you are able to move at your own pace, you are constantly encouraged to compete with yourself to do better. Every time you show up for a class or to exercise on your own, you are greeted with a warm welcome and are made to feel comfortable to jump right in and accomplish your goals. This is a great workout environment with a team to hold you accountable and also friends to pat you on the back!
