Been attending for over a year now, and my fitness continues to improve regularly. Easy-going and welcoming community. Intelligent programming, good variety of class times and availability. Ownership & coaching staff is honest, genuine, and altogether creates a team that is worth joining.

Loved these people. They got me started on my fitness goals. Got strong fast. They are a little far away for me. Moved to somewhere closer.

Amazing workout and experience. Everybody is extremely friendly and welcoming. Being new to CrossFit I was scared that I would be judged for not being able to do as much as the others, but that was not the case at all. I was welcomed without judgement.

Can't say enough good things about DoWork Crossfit. From the first day I walked in I felt welcomed and have had hands on help all along the way. Robby is a great owner and even better person. He has created the best kind of environment to get your workout in by surrounding himself with trustworthy professionals who care at seeing people succeed. He personally is one of the best workout programmers in the business that anyone at any skill level can improve their fitness. I personally have increased my health and fitness results faster than I ever had before. Best choice I have made when it comes to my personal fitness. Thank you DoWork Crossfit.

I am new to crossfit and honestly was very apprehensive about trying it. I'm 61 years old and thought there was no way I could ever do anything like that. I finally faced my fears and decided to participate in a 6 week challenge at Do Work Crossfit and am so glad I did. Robbie and the rest of his crew have made this a great experience. Every week the routine varies and they can always fine tune it for you specifically when necessary. Everyone, no matter what level you are has been very encouraging and helpful. They make you feel welcome and like you are part of their crossfit family. Remember, age is just a number! Now 5 weeks into the 6 week challenge, I'm so glad I made the decision to give Do Work crossfit a try. Thanks to Robbie and all of the coaches for all of your help!!

I highly recommend Do Work in Lee's Summit. Robby is the owner and head trainer, and he the person what you want running a gym. He's a great teacher, he's calm, he cares about you, and he knows what he's talking about. Do Work has a real atmosphere of inclusion and camaraderie that you won't find at other places. I've been going there for a year and a half and I enjoy it more every month. Advice for new folks: when he tells you to start light and go easy, listen. :) Ask a lot of questions. Give it a month or so to get comfortable with these new lifts and exercises and you'll know what you can do, and how to modify things for your level.
