The staff, including Nick, Zin, Jamie, and Zen, are extremely nice, respectful, friendly, and professional. Customers were overly impressed with the speed and communication during the repair process. The finished product was flawless, and the team was super fast. They even detailed the interior, washed, and vacuumed vehicles. One reviewer noted that Zen filled in a scratch not in the bid and that the manager, Nick, checked a car at no charge for questions unrelated to the work. Another had a rear driver window replaced in a really quick manner and the glass was vacuumed. The team also worked with a customer so they could still use their vehicle for family needs. Everyone highly recommends this location.

Gerber helped me right away when I went in. Got my work scheduled, handled coordination with insurance, helped with getting transportation to rental company, and rental return. Made my situation after a wreck much less stressful! Could not be happier with their service, or the car repair!
