“Brad and Blackjack is the only place I'll go for custom truck parts! Been going there for nine years. They were in their old location the first time I used them for a truck bed cover. We've since used them for mirrors, truck rails for kayaks, another bed cover on a new truck and nerf bars. All products, installation and advice have been top notch and I've never had an extended wait for anything to be done! I highly recommend Blackjack!”

It was a great laid back experience where I feel like he didn't try to up sale anything to me and made sure the truck I was purchasing was exactly as every detail listed. Russell helped finalize our paperwork and made it enjoyable. (Truthfully who really likes doing the paperwork anyway.) The whole process was pretty seamless and I felt cared for.”

“I would like to thank Truck Works South for their superior efforts in finally getting the MX-4 tonneau cover from BAKFlip installed on my truck. The first one they installed had manufacturing defects. They noticed them as it was installed and explained they would order the repair parts and get it fixed. After replacing one part the cover still didn’t work correctly. It took some effort but after several communications with BAKFlip, they were able to procure a replacement top and get it installed. It took about 4 months but throughout the ordeal they have been in constant communication with me. I never once doubted their efforts to make it correct. They also installed a Line-X spray in bed liner. That went perfect. I highly recommend Truck Works South for anything you may want for your truck. Thanks again.”
“I bought a pair of headlights from Goodspeed for my tundra. First of all, they ship quickly I received my package in essentially 2 days. I had an issue with the headlights though, seem like it was a manufacturer defect. Upon contacting Goodspeed they got me a new pair delivered within the week. Kristina Graves is a gem! I came in for a simple oil change and realized I actually needed my 60,000-mile service. I told her I’d reschedule, but she immediately said, “We can do it today! And if you can’t wait, we’ll get you a loaner car!”
That kind of thoughtfulness means everything. Kristina could’ve just booked me for another day, but instead, she made my life easier and also saved me another trip.
I'm extremely busy in my life - who isn't? - and this kind of service is what I want in a dealer and in a service provider.
Kristina was kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and I don't see that combo very often. If you're thinking of getting your car serviced, please think of her!”
“It's not often I'm at a loss for words but McCarthy Jeep RAM has done just that. Their customer service is top tier! After spending countless hours searching online and in person we finally came across the best place in town. My family was shopping for two vehicle's and we didn't have the best credit but our sales person was KALEEB and he is a 10 out of 10 in my book. He listened to our wants and need and gave us exactly what we were looking for. The sales manager TIM never stopped looking for something that would fit our wants and needs. There were some bumps alone the way but their communication was clear and to the point which made it seem as if they covered the pot holes before we got to them for a smooth ride. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is serious about buy their next dream car. It started with just looking for cars and ended up feeling like we made a whole new family.”
“Well, after reading the other reviews I figured I should share my positive experience. Perhaps they are working at becoming better, because we came back to McCarthy to purchase after driving all over the Kansas City metro area. TJ was kind, and when we experienced a problem similar to what another man mentioned with mechanical issues on day 1 of ownership, with a little insistence on my part (you do have to ask for people to make things right sometimes) they fixed every issue that had risen in a week's time. I think the service department is great (Chris in particular is just about the friendliest guy you'll ever meet) and I feel like my car is finally in good shape. Honestly, they just don't make them like they used to and cars seem to crap out rather quickly these days. We did say no to all the warranties. That's the biggest racket I ever did see. It's like dealerships are banking on the car not making it off the lot. Hogwash I tell ya! But give them a try, I think they're trying to turn things around.”
