I was able to find everything I needed by using the QR codes available in the aisles. They had a nice selection of inventory. Customer service is not a priority here. Maybe A.I. will take over this store and that’ll help get that missing part back…

When into this story to recycle a battery stood the for a few mins. Not one employee said hello? How are? Do you need a recycle or need a new battery. Yes they were with a customer. Yet when they were done with said customer still nothing from an employee. So I sat the battery on the counter to get valve stem caps. Still nothing. I am very big on customer service as that is what I do. This store just lost my business because they couldn’t even bother to say hello.

Incredibly disappointed in their customer service yesterday. My sisters car battery was bad so I followed her up there assuming they would help her change it but even though three grown men were working, they would only "carry it to her car for her...". Seriously? The two of us had to stand in the cold and jumpstart her car which probably took us longer than it would've taken one of them to change the battery.
