“I’ve had a unit with this company over a year now, the other day I had a all issue with my door, it’s probably something I caused by pulling it up too hard, so it wouldn’t open. Spoke with the person on duty Hannah, she went above and beyond and fixed it herself, was very polite when I told her about it and all around extremely helpful. Not sure if she is the manager there, if she isn’t then she definitely needs to be.

“I was helping a friend empty their space. I was shocked at the price for non-environ space. The unit was “mostly” water tight. Procedures to get in and out are annoying but, as secure as you can make them. So, ok I suppose.”
