“This day and age it's really difficult to have transparency when it comes to making safe choices financially, every business model seems to be a bait-and-switch with introductory pricing. The cost of everything is going up except worker wages... All that said, the real difference in what it takes to get me to commit to working with a company is the customer service experience. And with wages rarely rising, it's extra challenging to find good customer service, so I really extra appreciate it when it happens.
Jessa made the biggest difference in all my business today, she made the deal by being so helpful. Cost will remain uncertain but her care and attention made me feel good about my choice to rent a Public Storage unit. She was very informed and thorough, and took the time to help me figure out as best as possible what to expect going forward. Of course, there's still no telling when my rate will increase, or by how much, but she really won me over with her exceptional service.
Please continue to keep your rates as low as possible for customers! But also, I would pay an extra dollar each month to give her a raise. Thanks Jessa!”
“INCREDIBLE! Not only is this an AFFORDABLE space and safe space to place your stuff, the manager on site was so so helpful, had such a welcoming helpful spirit and he walked me through everything I needed to know :) I felt so at ease as moving can be stressful and this man’s energy lit my day up! He was incredibly thorough and guided me and my movers directly to our storage he gave me a full rundown and checked in on me . The service was just beyond and I will recommend anyone I can to use this location for their storage needs !!! Knowing the staff on site are so helpful and trusting makes me feel so happy I chose this location !”
“Tiana is an awesome employee. I needed to make a change of units and from our first conversation she had my best interest in mind. She was professional and methodical in making sure she reviewed everything she needed and what was best for me.
I have rented in this facility for 14 months and it has always been clean and the staff helpful.
Dan called today Jan 24,2026 verifying that I had moved out and cleaned my old unit. Because of the snow and cold that was coming on Friday I got everything moved to my new unit and my old one is paid through Feb 1. Dan made sure my old unit had been canceled for payment due and the new unit was good for auto pay and my Homeowner insurance was in the file. I’ve always had professional service from the employees.

“I've rented from this Public Storage in the past, and needed more storage space so I went back to this location because I always have a good experience.
The property manager, Bobbie, goes above and beyond to help if a problem arises. I had trouble opening a door, and she responded immediately.
She had to walk all the way down to my unit to help. She pushed a cart full of tools in the hot sun.
Come on Public Storage, get her a golf cart or some sort of transportation to get around the property.
I felt sorry for her and offered to give her a ride, but she politely refused and pushed the cart back across the property. Thanks again Bobbie for your help.”

“We moved our camper to storage mart from a very poor storage facility . The rent is much better the other lot charged 85.00 a month , compared to 32.00 a month .,it’s clean well lit , convenient, well maintained and a manager lives on site. I give them a 5 star rating this place is the best I found and rent is very reasonable.”

“I needed a storage unit really badly so I was shopping online for a deal on one...well I got a fantastic deal on an 8 x 8 sized unit for 17 bucks, but still got another deal added that gives me half off for the first 3 months so with the admin cost for the first month it was like 50 total to get a unit. it was cool”
