“Sunny is absolutely fantastic! It was the end of the month and I know she was extremely busy. However, she was available every time I called, met me on site when I needed to be there, and ensured that everything went smoothly. She is by far one of the best and most capable managers I’ve had the privilege of working with. Fantastic facility!”

“Renting a cargo van is $20 for 4 hours + $1.19/mile plus $15 insurance. If you live local and only go within the 24 miles total then your cost is roughly $72. Don't forget to take pictures of the gas tank on LEVEL ground before accepting it, and pics throughout. Get a pic of the odometer before and after so you keep your sales rep honest. I picked up the can, did a local pickup at LS Lowe's and then a small load to the dump then back to uhaul.”

“It's cool there are some issues with the Bluetooth connection when you try to use your phone for the convenience and ease that they claim that it is. We waited for a few minutes and the elevator just for my phone to recognize that I was in the elevator so I could go up to the second floor where my storage unit was. I still wish that there were Maps available on the inside to everybody works their first time. I did get told that there are maps available at the front desk, but we've been several times and there was maybe once or twice somebody at the desk. Once you visited the place a couple times you kind of get your bearings for your surroundings.”
