“We bought a 2007 Dodge Ram with 204k on it for $4500 from Kyle. Bought it over the phone on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. Kyle, told me it did not pass inspection and gave us our options. He gave us $500 off to take care of the the issue. Most dealers would not have done that. I told Kyle, that we were selling our 2022 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Rubicon with 3200 miles. He asked what I wanted. He drove it and bought it. Gave us a very fair trade value. Someone will be getting a beautiful Jeep. Will buy from Kyle and his business again.”

“I recently started searching for a vehicle to have for the winter. I set my eyes on the GR86 which are few and far between. I searched around different dealers and set my eyes on a white GR86 located at Adam’s Toyota of Lees Summit. I called and Lucas Barker answered where we started going back and forth on details surrounding the car. Understanding the car was not in the states yet as it is made in Japan. He provided prompt and informative updates throughout the way to keep me in loop. I live about an hour and 20 mins from Lees Summit. He was very patient and understanding of this. He was amazing in handling everything prior to my arrival, from getting car checked in to having a coating installed, and just making sure everything was ready to go. When we arrived, the car was ready in the bay to look over. I could not be more happy with attention to detail he showed and the patience with me being out of town. The car was priced at a great deal price per Carfax, it was immaculate, and even given that it was a great value, he included a 90 day warranty, Missouri inspection and a 30-day temp tag at no cost. We were so not expecting such a respectful, professional and courteous experience but that is just what we received. Highly recommend this dealer!”

“I purchased a 2003 Chevy Venture from Pinnacle. While, like other places they said, “The price you see is the price you pay.” Unlike other places they were not lying—Pinnacle does not add $400+ “Doc fees” to the purchase price. Doc fees, especially at a, “Fixed price” dealer are deceptive and a fraud. Don’t deal with any place that charges them.I purchased the vehicle based on the description that John, the proprietor gave me. It was shipped across country and when it arrived it was *exactly* as described. It was a completely positive experience. Pinnacle even arranged shipment for less than half of what the auto-shippers were asking—I don’t believe there was any mark-up on the shipping.This was a 100% positive experience, when I need a vehicle in the future I will check with Pinnacle first.Would recommend. ?”
