“We purchased a truck from Jim for one of our field guys. The truck was sold to us at a great price and the quality of the truck was exactly what we were looking for. But the best part about our experience was the way Jim treated us after the purchase. A few days after purchasing the vehicle it had a maintenance issue come up that was due to the vehicle age and mileage. Jim had the truck towed to his preferred mechanic. After running tests they found the issue was due to one of the spark plugs needing to be replaced, which he replaced all eight. On top of that he also replaced a bearing they found during testing. Needless to say after a 3.5K expense that Jim took care of, we have the truck back in our hands running even better than they day we bought it. Jim won our business for years to come. Great guy! This is not how all people would have treated us. I cannot wait to buy another vehicle from Jim.”

“Got a 2010 Jetta from here in February, and months later, in early August, the same car is still running strong! Only minor maintenance related issues with nothing major. Purchased at 131k miles, now sits at 136k miles closer to 37. The price was $4,275, and this car had only one owner. It has a bit of rust, but nothing major yet. The process of getting the car was very quick and easy and seemingly better than other dealerships. This car I'd wanted for over three years and every other dealership would usually never call back or sell the car from underneath. Came here and left with my now beloved car in just about a week or two. The people here were very kind, and I'd highly recommend this dealership! It's probably one of the best in LS.
