Is it their job requirement to be rude? Came in with a question about a package I was sending and instead of answering my question (my label said USPS and she was telling me I had to go to UPS and I was merely asking why that was the case) and she kept repeating impatiently “You have to go to UPS”

Best Post Office experience ever! I had a mass mailing of 200+ items that was rudely turned away at another PO. The NE Rice team helped me problem-solve, and working together we had it done within an hour. I experienced nothing but positive attitudes and hardworking collaboration from this staff.

In and out in under 2 minutes. 10 am on a Tuesday and no line. Friendly and efficient. Scanned my barcode to return an item labeled it and handed me the receipt. I appreciate the efficiency so much this review is taking longer than my drop off.

They are so helpful- Not only they welcome you with smiles but they also get everything I need. Shout out to All the workers here especially Kelly, I’ve been going in with a lot of envelopes from my clients sometimes the barcode doesn’t work properly and it’s hard to scan at the self service but she always willing to go extra miles to get it done for me. Including Amber & one of the gentleman at the counter desk! Thank you all for your hard work and most of all customer service. I appreciate you all. Remain Blessed!

So not impressed. Had an international package that needed a signature and we weren't home when it was originally delivered. We received the slip on our door to set up a redelivery time. Scheduled the redelivery for a weekend when we would be home to sign for it...they never came to deliver the package that day - so we waited all day for them for nothing. At that point I was not able to schedule another delivery, so I had to try multiple times to reach the post office - no one ever answered. I called the 1-800 number and spoke to an agent that said they rescheduled my package for delivery for the next Saturday. I then received a call a couple days later from the local post office regarding the issue. He was very rude and stated they couldn't deliver it because it needed a signature. I told him I understood that, and that's why I scheduled a delivery for a Saturday, but that they never came with the package. The employee scoffed and said "okay, well we'll send it out for delivery today, will you be home." (this is a Thursday, by the way). I told him I work and am not home, and that my husband might not be home when they deliver - to which he replied "well, it's out for delivery, but if you're not home to sign for it, you'll have to come and get it yourself."So what's the point of having something set up for redelivery, not once, but TWICE, just to be told that we still have to come get it.

Mail carrier jammed so much into the box that it blocked the latch and I can't open it. What should be a simple call to tell their carrier to unblock it was instead an absolute battle with the automated system with no resolution.

Intentionally skipped an important package. She turned the vehicle around right at my address and left, very unprofessional and wish there was more choices in actual mail delivery services.
