“I work at an animal shelter and foster neonatal kittens and puppies. When my foster kittens were diagnosed with campylobacter Neels was able to make the very specific medication they needed in less than 24 hours! Neonatal kittens can decline fast and I don’t think we would have been able to find this medicine anywhere else in such a short amount of time. I live in IL and I went to my local GNC and needless to say I had a terrible expierence. I purchased a product I didn't care for and when I went to the Ofallon IL location to return or exchange I was met with unexpected resistance to return my product, and was told I could take a gift card or come back. This was after the fact the store was suppose to be open and running at 10AM and at 10:40AM is when the employee John arrived. With all of this frustration I was left calling corporate and explaining my situation. I was told because the product was purchased in store I would have to return it in store and I was welcome to go to another GNC location. I called the Hampton location and spoke with Sean asked him if he would be able to process my return and he didn't hesitate to encourage me to come in. Upon my arrival the store was in amazing condition, clean, well light, fully stocked shelves, something I didn't expierence at the other location.
Sean provided a listing ear to my frustrations, processed my return without question, and welcomed me back.
