“I brought in my Hi-Boy electric scooter to this bike shop yesterday as the left brake was having an issue. I spoke with Dave. This man is beyond amazing and so kind. He not only fixed it, he showed me what was wrong and explained everything he was doing during the process so I could better understand my scooter and how it works. He even showed me how to adjust my brakes. After a quick test drive around the parking lot, I was on the road again.
