“I am very happy with communication, professionalism, the results of my car repair and clean up. My only complaint is that three separate parts from three different vendors was received damaged or unacceptable and had to be returned thus increasing repair time. I know this is not something you have control over. I do feel these vendors need to be held accountable or nothing will change. Maybe a surcharge of 20% for such errors. Their error impacts CARSTAR and the customer. They should be accountable. Thanks for a great job and working with me on pick up.”

My car is currently at B street awaiting parts for repair, so technically I haven’t even seen their work yet, but I have already been so impressed with the customer service! From the minute I first contacted them, everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been so nice and informative. Another thing that really impressed me was the night I went to drop my car off, I was unaware that some bad weather was headed towards the shop. A nice man and woman working there were in the process of getting as many cars in the shop as they could fit but there was not enough space for mine. They helped me make arrangements to take my car home for the night to keep it in the garage to avoid hail damage and return the next morning. I just thought that was so kind and considerate of them looking out for me and my car. Thank you B Street for your amazing service. I can’t wait to see my car when it’s finished!”

I did have to Google to figure out the difference between the three services, but once I clicked on the service I wanted, there was a description of the service. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because of weather and our lack of covered space for service.
The technician Kaydan called on the day of my appointment to let me know he could arrive earlier than our initial appointment window. Kaydan was friendly, respectful of our property and communicated clear instructions for aftercare. Service was quick! The window needed for an appointment is 5 hours but the service took about 1.5 hours. They call and or text to let you know when they are close.”
