I have nothing negative to say about Midway itself, however I must give a heads up; DON'T GET STUCK waiting on a train - You WILL be waiting for awhile. Might as well put 'er in park & shut 'er down... might even have time for a nap ?”
“I am very happy with communication, professionalism, the results of my car repair and clean up. My only complaint is that three separate parts from three different vendors was received damaged or unacceptable and had to be returned thus increasing repair time. I know this is not something you have control over. I do feel these vendors need to be held accountable or nothing will change. Maybe a surcharge of 20% for such errors. Their error impacts CARSTAR and the customer. They should be accountable. Thanks for a great job and working with me on pick up.”
“They did a great job fixing our Chevy Malibu after I hit a deer. They coordinated with the Progressive insurance representative and took care of everything we needed.
I picked up the car today, and it looks great. Haven't noticed anything so far that might need adjusted.

“Requesting service was easy through the website. I did have to Google to figure out the difference between the three services, but once I clicked on the service I wanted, there was a description of the service. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because of weather and our lack of covered space for service.
The technician Kaydan called on the day of my appointment to let me know he could arrive earlier than our initial appointment window. Kaydan was friendly, respectful of our property and communicated clear instructions for aftercare. Service was quick! The window needed for an appointment is 5 hours but the service took about 1.5 hours. They call and or text to let you know when they are close.”
