“I had my windows tinted at Tintsmith and the whole experience was 5 stars. They have WiFi in the lobby, so I was able to get work done while they finished my car—it was fast, easy, and my windows look AMAZING.
I also have to call out the owner’s customer service. I accidentally rolled my driver window down right after leaving (even though you’re not supposed to for 48 hours 🤦🏻♀). I immediately drove back, super embarrassed, but he was incredibly kind about it. He checked the tint, reassured me everything was fine, and even put bright orange tape over the switch so I wouldn’t do it again. He handled my slip-up with so much patience and zero judgment.
So glad I chose Tintsmith! I’ll definitely be back for future tinting, remote start—anything my car needs. Great people, great work. Highly recommend!”

My car is currently at B street awaiting parts for repair, so technically I haven’t even seen their work yet, but I have already been so impressed with the customer service! From the minute I first contacted them, everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been so nice and informative. Another thing that really impressed me was the night I went to drop my car off, I was unaware that some bad weather was headed towards the shop. A nice man and woman working there were in the process of getting as many cars in the shop as they could fit but there was not enough space for mine. They helped me make arrangements to take my car home for the night to keep it in the garage to avoid hail damage and return the next morning. I just thought that was so kind and considerate of them looking out for me and my car. Thank you B Street for your amazing service. I can’t wait to see my car when it’s finished!”

I restore antique wood doors and one of the main things i do is replace the glass with a double pane insulated and tempered glass, so I use them alot and i just wanted to say thanks”

“My entire windshield needed replaced after being cracked by a rock on the highway. Being a Toyota, the backup camera was a challenge to recalibrate. My driveway wasn't a great place to do that as there was a lot of dappled light and reflections to deal with on that hot, sunny day. But my tech was a very good problem solver and kept at it until he succeeded, which same me from having to take my vehicle to a Safelite location for the recalibration. I wish I could remember his name, but he was a different tech than the original email said would be coming. This tech was very kind, professional, conscientious, and courteous.”

“I had an amazingly efficient and great experience here. Everyone was honest and quick. I spoke with someone and got in the following day. I was told it would be about an hour or so for the windshield replacement, but it was done in a half hour. The tech also warned me of how the previous mechanic attached my rubber perimeters. He brought me out, so I could see, and explained everything, very honest. They also give you lifetime warranty for the glass, and gave me a free chip repair. They said the chip repair can be done same day and in about ten minutes. Not only was it fast but an amazing good price too. This place is a working machine, and I am very glad and grateful my friend referred me! Thank you, I’ll be back!!”
