Terrible experience in this store. Wasn’t communicated with very clearly with the rep that was working with me. The employees seemed to be more interested in talking to each other and cracking jokes than helping customers. I called back to clarify something on my receipt and the manager that answered the phone could not have been more rude and disrespectful. I’ll never go back to this store again

The store representative Paul K at the Manchester AT&T location provided a pretty poor experience. I was asking about the terms and conditions for one of AT&Ts promotions and I told him what the numerous other AT&T reps had told me up to this point. He said the other reps don't know what they're talking about, they are all inadequately trained, and management is not doing their part to train their staff. He was very rude and had a condescending tone the whole time. We wound up leaving with nothing resolved and going to the Bridgeton location where they resolved all the issues, explained Paul's misunderstanding of the policy, provided great service, and enrolled me in the promotion I had asked about.

Paul at the Manchester MO store was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain (and show) all the options available to me. Needless to say, I'll be back!

I've been with att since it was still southwestern bell. That's longer than the manager at this store has been alive. I went in today to fix a problem that they caused, not me, them. The manager said quote, "I'm not fixing a problem an employee of mine caused, I don't have time for that, I've got a customer waiting". No joke! He gave me a number to call. Big help. Worst customer service by att I've ever experienced. And that's a looooong time. Now it's time for the standard reply to a bad rating.....

I walked into the ATT store on December on Thursday December 15th around 2pm. Shacque was the employee working and he greeted me immediately. I had a technical issue with my phone and he fixed it for me right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you.

This team was great. I came in to get a new phone, they were able to qualify me for two new watches and a killer bluetooth speaker for the same price the website told me Id pay for my phone. Not only did they get me out faster than expected, they made it easy. Highly recommend!

We were told one thing and was charged for another. 10 days of mobile hotspot $1250.00. We have talked to over 9 customer reps, people at the store, and nothing. Thank God there is small claims court. Beware!
