The AT&T Store in Manchester offers phones, tablets, smartwatches, and wireless data plans, including prepaid and unlimited options with 5G service. Experiences with staff vary, with some customers reporting fantastic, quick, and knowledgeable service where employees took time to explain options and help resolve issues. Other reviews mention less engaged service. An instance of exceptional honesty is noted, where employees ensured a lost phone was returned to its owner.
Cole was amazing to work with, made it simple and answered all my questions very well!

Darren was very pleasant and extremely helpful. If you have technical questions, he's a wizard! He's one of the most friendly people that I've encountered in an AT&T store, at least that I remember. Thanks Darren!!

I want give a big shout out to Rich Brannan, store manager at the 14321 Manchester Rd., 63011 location. Despite being the only employee in the store, he provided outstanding service for all of the customers who were in need of help!
