“Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). “John and his crew have been working on our 2012 BMW 650i since we bought it 2 years ago. We bought it from a dealership but the maintenance cost of going through them is expensive. Had a nail in my tire and went there, they checked and said they couldn't patch it as it was on the side, but gave me clear instructions on what tire I should get and what side effects are there if I get different once. I ordered online and went back for installation. They got the car in time and fixed me up with in half hr. They were able to show me their professional work ethic and I time service.”
