The car itself is in great shape and was thoroughly cleaned. It has quite a few minor paint chips missing and one mismatched spot along with windshield repair points (whoever owned it before clearly liked hanging out near trucks). But it was a used car and everything else about it was perfect. I got a great price on it which helped a lot.
I applied for Financing online and the whole process was very easy and clear. I loved that he even had colour coded highlighters for our signing spots.
I’ve had the car for over a week and everything has been great! I’ve already taken it on a long road trip and I couldn’t be happier. It has been a blessing during the cold weather. I absolutely love my car!

“Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). “I was looking to replace a 2015 Ford Expedition with a BMW X5 PHEV. After test driving the X5 PHEV (which was great!), I test drove an X7 with a 3rd row of seating. That ended up being a better fit for my needs.
Wendy was knowledgeable and helpful with tracking down the right vehicle. There were a few SNAFUs testing the exact vehicle I bought due to Black Friday and a snow storm, but everything was eventually sorted out - hence the loss of one star. It took over an hour to find it on that Saturday afternoon…enough time that we couldn’t finish the sale that day.
The X7 is a striking vehicle. It is powerful, stylish, and full of luxurious features. The delivery, however, could have been better. I still can’t use my phone as a “key” due to some phantom technical issue. Their tech guru was supposed to reach out to me after a second visit, but I haven’t been contacted about a month after that discussion. Otherwise, I had a good experience.
