“I don’t usually write reviews for major mechanical work until I’ve had time to make sure everything holds up, and this shop absolutely deserves one.
Last November, they replaced the transmission in my vehicle. This was no small job—they tracked down the correct transmission for my car, had it shipped all the way from California, removed the old transmission, installed the replacement, and had me back on the road in about three weeks. From start to finish, they kept me informed and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.
A few weeks ago, I had another scare when my check engine light came on. Naturally, I brought it right back because they’ve earned my trust. They diagnosed the issue and found that the code was related to an electronic component that had been transferred over from the original transmission—not something they had caused. They explained everything clearly and recommended that my first step should be to have Infiniti update the TCU. They even told me that if the update didn’t solve the problem, they would be happy to work with me afterward to find the next best solution.
What really amazed me was what happened next. Since they knew I would likely have to pay another diagnostic fee at the dealership, they completely waived theirs. They didn’t have to do that, but they did, and that level of honesty and customer care is incredibly rare.
This wasn’t my first great experience with them, either. When I originally needed the transmission replaced, they saved me nearly $2,000 compared to another quote I had received while still doing the job the right way.
The entire team has always treated me like a person instead of just another ticket. They understand how stressful major car repairs can be, and they genuinely care about helping their customers instead of just selling repairs.
Because of how they treated me, I stopped back by the shop with pizza and drinks for the crew. It was the least I could do to thank them for everything they had done. That’s the kind of impression they leave on people.
I can honestly say they’ve earned a customer for life. I’ll continue bringing my vehicles here, and I’ll confidently recommend them to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a shop that’s honest, knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely cares about its customers, I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
