Matt the salesman representative was courteous, professional, and actually listened. We told him the RDX’s touchpad was a deal-breaker and he kept texting other options until the 2026 ADX fit. Negotiation was one number, one yes, a fair price on a loaded car. Closing with Rich in finance was fast. Another salesman greeted us on the lot and walked us to Matt. Nobody was stuffy.
We have owned four Lexuses. After a hostile experience at the Lexus store next door, we left that franchise. My wife loves this ADX. A friend had a bad Lexus visit and also bought an Acura here. Two households, same driveway for both dealers and opposite experiences. This side got it right.”

“Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone).
