Service Writer, Dave Heller, graciously inspected each wheel pre & post tire rotation to reassure me that no impact wrench scratches occurred. Mr. Heller noticed license plate renewal was expiring next month and I agreed to an emissions test.

I am very happy with the support provided by Dave. He was very attentive in Listening to my problem of tire issue and drifting of the car. He has tried several ways to resolve the issues. Nevertheless, happy that we have Dave like people working with BMW. Totally customer centric.
