“I am thrilled with my new tub/shower replacement. Our walls had tile that allows produced mold. It soooo nice that its all brand new and I love taking a bath in the new tub. I didnt realize that the new tub didnt have an incline for bathing making it uncomfortable but I resolved that with getting a bath pillow. There was an issue with the plumbing, a maintenance crew came out the next day an easily repaired it. The work crew was very polite and friendly, their working banter was nice. I could tell that they all really respected each other and valued others skills. Happy employees do good work.”

“We had a great experience working with Betsy Wilson. We measured up our old kitchen and hired an independent contractor/friend to help select the new cabinets we'd need. Betsy was there from start to finish helping us make the right selection and getting our order processed. After installation we had an issue with one cabinet and Betsy was super responsive in getting us a replacement door and advised about installation. They customer service has been so great and we saved a lot of money getting our kitchen remodelled through buying the cabinets through Norm's Bargain Barn, hiring our own contractor and getting separate countertops. I would highly recommend.”

“Cabinet Distributors is a great company to work with! Patrick was very helpful and involved throughout the entire process of picking cabinets, ordering, delivering, and quality assurance.Side note however, we went with Wolf Cabinets and I would not recommend that specific manufacturer as many of the cabinet doors had chipped paint at the intersection of the doors. We had to request replacement doors many times over, as some of the replacements were even worse and had to be replaced as well. Some of the better-looking doors we received are also starting to chip 6 months later. If Wolf can fix their manufacturing process and quality control, they can be a legitimate option having cabinets with extra features for a decent price, but I wouldn’t recommend them with the experience we had.Use Cabinet Distributors, but not Wolf Cabinets.”

“Sara and Shannon were great to work with through our project at the Manchester location. We did a lot of work and Sara had many suggestions to set up our kitchen in a very user friendly design as well as suggestions for bathrooms. Little things like placement of the dishwasher, in relation to the sink etc. We had a few difficulties during the course of our project and they were very helpful in getting it resolved. We will definitely use them again when more work comes up and as a referral to friends or family.”

We had a misunderstanding about delivery time and Lonnie went above and beyond to resolve it by delivering cabinets himself the next day. “I purchased a bathroom shower surround + pan, and a glass door. The sales man didnt know to warn me that the shower door would not work with the surround I purchased. Thankfully after opening the box, I quickly realized it was wrong, and they allowed me to return it and I purchased the door that would work. The first shower door was a foot taller than the surround.”
