“I've always loved Total Wine, great selection, helpful employees, very nice space. I shop here all the time and will continue to do so, but I was disappointed in the birthday gift. I got an email 3 days before my birthday for a special deal for my birthday, while I was out of town. Two days later it ended, the day before my birthday. I would think if they want to give you a birthday deal they would give you some time to use it!”

“It's not a bad total wine. Some, if not all, of the stuff is very clean. My issue is with the cigars room. It's a weird film on top of all the cigars, which I believe is from not using distilled water on the humidor/humidity system correctly. The temp always feels off when I walk into the humidor. For a place that looks so nice, they should read up on the humidifier water setup (Distilled). The wrong water can cause so many issues”

“I came in within about 30 minutes of closing. I forget the gentleman’s name who assisted me, but he was more than happy to have me browse the humidor. Trying to be time conscious, I grabbed the house blends and asked the gentleman for a recommendation. He grabbed a Tabernacle Havana Seed Connecticut No. 142. One of, if not the best cigar I have ever had, and an absolutely top notch lounge and humidor. I will definitely be stopping back by next time I am in the area. Thank you again for your recommendation !”

“I had a problem with an item I purchased at the shanty. It only cost 18$ so I did not expect them to be able to return or exchange a small item like the one I bought. I talked to Jesse on the phone and dealt with Brenda in the store and they were more than helpful. They Determined that it may have been a defective product and they exchanged the item that I bought for no cost. I guarantee there is no other store around that would have done this for me. In the past $18 wouldn’t have mattered to me I probably wouldn’t have even called, but I recently had a child and money is tighter than ever LOL.
