I’ve ordered a couple items from VCF over the years, and everything along with delivery and assembly has been great. ..but on my most recent purchase I had to cancel my order about a week later (due to my fault of error of measurements.) They were so kind and helpful, even when I called to make this return. That says a lot about their excellent customer service, and I will be sure to shop this location for my upcoming furniture needs! “We went into the store to look at rocking recliner. John F came up to ask if we needed help. I told him exactly what I wanted, leather manual recliner. Within a minute John showed me the recliner on my dreams. It was a little fancier & more expensive than I needed or wanted. But, John showed me the gadgets with all benefits.
Great salesmanship on John's part.
Only wish it were free delivery as in previous years considering the cost of the recliner with warranty & such.

“We enjoyed our visit here! There are tons of holiday decor and gifts of all kinds. We especially found their section of soaps to be intriguing.
However, most of this decor looks best in their displays. When isolating almost any given piece, we decided it really wasn't for us. Not only this, but their prices are a little high.
While we did enjoy our time here, I have to say Christopher's is overrated considering the near-euphoric reviews I've seen people leave for this store (some saying its the most beautiful store they've ever been in). Maybe they go all out at Christmas? Idk. While it was beautiful, it barely breaks the top 10 when you consider places like Kringles in Branson or April's on Mainstreet.
All that said, come out and visit them!”
“We have an awful lot of activity in our living room. From a 2 year old great granddaughter, a granddaughter, to a 45 year old daughter & a 2 year old small dog.
In the winter we heat with a wood stove. So we'll find out how that works.
Anyway we found an 8 x 10 rug/carpet at a very reasonable price and on sale too. Can vacuum and rug shampoo it.
So far we love it.”

“I ordered a loveseat over 3 months ago. It was on backorder, until the end of August. I received an email a couple of weeks ago, that it was still on backorder until November. I decided to with a different color. It was in stock, in gray, which matches my carpet. They scheduled it for a Saturday morning delivery. The delivery team was great!! Customer Service was great!! I will be back!!”

“Customer service is unmatched! We have stools almost 11 and 8.5 years old. We had a part break, I sent an email hoping to purchase replacement parts. But what happened blew my mind, I was quickly sent an entire new top free of charge, not even shipping. My boys love this stool and highly recommend. These were a gift and even though we had a broken piece after 8 years, my boys are super hard on equipment. Our other stool that is nearly 11 years old now is still as solid as the day we got it. If you’re considering purchasing, do yourself a favor, just do it. ?”

Take your time shopping through this treasure house . I picked up tobacco scented incense , tobacco candle & a set of handmade rings . The service was excellent I was toured throughout the store and guided the entire time . This area was such a great stop .”

“I went to the May 31 sale in Ballwin. I picked up a few things and saw a dust collector system I really wanted. I left to think about it and of course checked with my wife. So I later went back to the sale and spoke with Becky Kaletka. She suggested since I couldn’t get it that day to put a bid on it, If successful I could get it the next day. It all worked out and Becky let me in early on Sunday to disassemble it and take it out. My Thanks to Becky for working with me to make this happen.”
“This place is absolutely huge! You can easily shop for 1-3 hours, and depending on your pace, you still might not see everything. This is a fantastic place to buy holiday decor. During the holiday season, a good quarter is dedicated to decorations, and their variety is stunning. Just make sure that you come a couple of months early.I've never had a bad experience with their staff, and the store is always clean.”

“Zee Bee Market is an incredibly special place. Not only does it ethically source every beautiful handmade product they sell so that you can shop guilt-free knowing that every dollar is helping makers and creators across the globe BUT it also truly cares for its customers and community. I run a non-profit here in St. Louis and was recently fortunate enough to partner with Zee Bee through their Giving Back Days, a program where they partner with local non-profits to help help promote and fundraise. During this program, people from our organization set-up a little info table in Zee Bee and help greet customers. During my time staffing the table, I was honored to witness example after example of Zee Bee nurturing its community by putting people first - every step of the way. From where / who they buy from to how they care for their staff and each other from the phenomenal personal attention they give their customers - even going as far as to remember and acknowledge repeat customers, forming long-lasting relationships that I KNOW change lives.
The Giving Back program is so special not just because we were able to raise some much-needed funds while reaching a whole new audience. But - and maybe even more importantly - it is helping to build a support network of organizations working for and toward creating and fostering community and kindness therein. And isn't that exactly what is missing from so much of today's world?
