“We went into the store to look at rocking recliner. John F came up to ask if we needed help. I told him exactly what I wanted, leather manual recliner. Within a minute John showed me the recliner on my dreams. It was a little fancier & more expensive than I needed or wanted. But, John showed me the gadgets with all benefits.
Great salesmanship on John's part.
Only wish it were free delivery as in previous years considering the cost of the recliner with warranty & such.

“We have an awful lot of activity in our living room. From a 2 year old great granddaughter, a granddaughter, to a 45 year old daughter & a 2 year old small dog.
In the winter we heat with a wood stove. So we'll find out how that works.
Anyway we found an 8 x 10 rug/carpet at a very reasonable price and on sale too. Can vacuum and rug shampoo it.
So far we love it.”
“We enjoyed our visit here! There are tons of holiday decor and gifts of all kinds. We especially found their section of soaps to be intriguing.
However, most of this decor looks best in their displays. When isolating almost any given piece, we decided it really wasn't for us. Not only this, but their prices are a little high.
While we did enjoy our time here, I have to say Christopher's is overrated considering the near-euphoric reviews I've seen people leave for this store (some saying its the most beautiful store they've ever been in). Maybe they go all out at Christmas? Idk. While it was beautiful, it barely breaks the top 10 when you consider places like Kringles in Branson or April's on Mainstreet.
All that said, come out and visit them!”

“I ordered a loveseat over 3 months ago. It was on backorder, until the end of August. I received an email a couple of weeks ago, that it was still on backorder until November. I decided to with a different color. It was in stock, in gray, which matches my carpet. They scheduled it for a Saturday morning delivery. The delivery team was great!! Customer Service was great!! “We made the right call when we selected RF Home Co from among several regional Kitchen remodeling companies!
Like other companies, RF Home Co has a great showroom with a variety of cabinet styles and functional cabinet inserts, but what set them apart was the genuine helpfulness of the co-owner and designer, Nicole. She spent her time listening to our concerns and desires while offering suggestions and options rather than dwelling on minutiae and selling stuff made elsewhere. This is how a company earns trust and business!
The design process was a smooth and comfortable collaboration. We discussed various cabinetry choices and partitioning the work (I’m a sort of handy DIY person, so able to do a few things myself), and Nicole sketched a design and project plan.
A few days later she proposed a most excellent functional and aesthetically pleasing design, delivering an easily understood layout using beautifully rendered graphics. After a few revisions, a comfortable price and schedule were struck, and the deal was made. Even a few “last minute” revisions were accommodated without objection or hesitation.
Installation went just as smooth as the design. RF Home Co provided a written day-by-day schedule, which was followed closely. (There are always unanticipated situations and challenges, but none which occurred on our installation resulted in excuses, extra costs, or uncomfortable delays.) Not only is the team skilled at near flawless installation, they take care to protect floors and traffic areas by securing a durable layer of cardboard, ongoing cleanup throughout the day, and thorough cleanup at day’s end.
RF Home Co performs on schedule for several reasons: the on-site project lead, Brandt, is the other co-owner; all the craftsmen are company employees (only the stone countertops are installed by others); and all of them work very well as a team to deliver quality installation and customer satisfaction. It‘s clear that these folks know each other well and enjoy working together resulting in a comfortable, friendly experience for us!
Other things we appreciate about the RF Home Co: regular communication to confirm progress and upcoming schedule activity; tips about performing demo, room prep, outlets, and hook-ups; and genuine concern for ensuring our satisfaction, every step of the way!

“Customer service is unmatched! We have stools almost 11 and 8.5 years old. We had a part break, I sent an email hoping to purchase replacement parts. But what happened blew my mind, I was quickly sent an entire new top free of charge, not even shipping. My boys love this stool and highly recommend. These were a gift and even though we had a broken piece after 8 years, my boys are super hard on equipment. Our other stool that is nearly 11 years old now is still as solid as the day we got it. If you’re considering purchasing, do yourself a favor, just do it. ?”
