“I have to just start by saying that this location is the hardest to get into because of Sam’s Club gas. I could go to any location. I come here only because of the customer service that I get from Trevin Parks. I am not good with technology but he is patient and knowledgable. I know I will be taken care of every time I need help.”

“Royalty was great and very patient. She stuck with me while I made the switch over from t-mobile. They made the switch difficult of course with their ridiculous wait times. Her customer service is top tier and she knows her stuff. She’s very helpful to her co workers as well. They are also great. I plan to send people to her who are considering switching to spectrum mobile. Great location and group of people.”

“This review is for Susan specifically. I came in one night a few weeks ago with a SIM failure. It was 45 minutes to close and there were 3 people in front of me. I watched Susan handle the people in front of me with nothing but patience, kindness and helpfulness. She made me feel comfortable while I waited and she happily helped me when it was my turn. “Tomas was amazing, I had water damage on my previous phone, I received the new one and brought it to the store so they could help with retrieving my information! Thomas spent the time with me explaining how everything works while waiting for it to download! You can tell he is really passionate about helping the customers! You should have a Thomas at every store, alot of people have no idea about how to manage the phone! He is amazing, I will always call before I come to the store to make sure he is working, it was a great experience! Thank You TMobile!”

“I was helped by Ari Baker and Josh.Josh had helped me the day before. He guided me through the available smart phone options, as well as gave me information about available flip phones. (I almost went flip, but that's some real old-school style stuff)The next day, I purchased a refurb phone and needed a SIM. Ari was very polite, and helped me get a new SIM into my phone! While Ari was assisting me, a customer became irate and began to raise his voice with Josh (Bad day maybe, it happens).Josh remained calm, cool and collected and continued to guide the customer to understand his phone plan and charges included.The customer then said "You don't have to yell" to Josh. Who I repeat, remained calm.Too funny. ?”

“The employees are wonderful and are patient with assisting ALL AGES and not just the college age- young folks(see my review of the Richmond Heights location). I would love to see the exterior updated and more employees to assist when it does get crowded. This is a very spacious location in the Central West End (prestigious tourist area) with Drs, Scientist and other high end professionals including students from Washington University/St. Louis University amongst the locals. So, it bewildering why this location hasn't been updated yet. I understand the store was recently burglarized so that should definitely be more incentive to upgrade so the location appears better.”

“Been working here for a really long time. Best cable tech company around STL area. Main reason it gets a bad wrap is because of the actual company that gives us work, I’m sure you know who I’m talking about.If people knew how to work efficiently and quit whining, this job is child’s play.Cable isn’t for everyone. You have to be sharp, agile, hard working, and have a plan.If you just want to come and get a paycheck and leave, this job isn’t for you.Any skilled job requires patience, training, ability to learn and communicate.”

“This long overdue ( 11-12 days ) review is for the excellent work Jackie provided for my Dad & I . She was the best person we have ever met and been helped by from wireless retail stores . First of all she very patiently stayed after the store closed and worked all the way for 3 + additional hours . We each ported our numbers along with activating new devices . Within the time she provided kind and super awesome customer service ( including during the moments my Dad & I were having some personal spats arguing with each other ) .Also her family were very nice and really pleasant as well . They on their personal waited for their Wife and Mom to help us .We came there in the late evening and this was near before Halloween . Jackie made the store really fun and had some of the coolest decorations I've ever experienced in wireless retail stores . If I owned this store I'd be so lucky to have her working .”

My Galaxy Z Fold 4's screen started fracturing as it neared completion of its installment billing. However, Stephon swiftly got me up and running with a new phone and even sold me on some wireless earbuds I'd been eyeing for a while.In less than 30 minutes, I was fully set up and ready to go. “We've been using for a few years to provide data to access remote security cameras. We had poor connection speeds with a different phone/data provider in a remote area and Brown Dog was able to provide a connection that has been reliable and effective. We've expanded to other locations and have a third pending. It's an economical solution especially if you aren't trying to connect to a traditional home or office space. Customer service has been great, never had an issue in the years we've been a client.”

“I don't understand all of these bad reviews! I am incredibly impressed by this store's customer service skills.While I was in there, there was an irate customer that started insulting them and they asked him to leave, which was completely reasonable. He was also yelling on the phone, etc. Everyone handled everything perfectly.After that person left, the person who helped me was incredibly patient, even though I was getting slightly frustrated at an issue that stemmed from a mistake made by an 'authorized retailer'. I also had issues understanding a few things, but again, I was presented with patience; thank you.I asked for pen and paper to write out my thoughts and he gladly helped out. We initially started working together on the front bench, I asked him to move to a desk and he moved us over there.After getting past the hurdle of why a mistake was made on my bill by the authorized retailer, we talked about the iPhone option upgrades that I came in to look at. After he gave his opinion, I did a little light research to solidify my decision. He did not try to oversell me and answered every question, despite me interrupting a few times. He told me to call customer care about the billing mistake the other store made, and when I got home, his word was the truth and Verizon make everything right.I walked out a happy customer and super thrilled to come into a well ran corporate store. Keep up the good work!”
