Maplewood Liquor is a small, tucked-away store in a decent location, described as a neighborhood bodega that has been around a long time. It also offers snacks, drinks, cat food, nag champa, cans of soda, dirty magazines, and even slot machines for gambling, with EBT accepted. The owner and workers are noted as very sweet, friendly, caring, respectful, professional, conversatioble, and charming. Prices are reasonable, especially for the area, making it a recommended place for a quick drop-in, though some note a larger store may have better prices on liquor alone.
A nice liquor store. The workers there are helpful and nice. Not the largest selection but actually has some higher end whiskey and rum than I would have thought.
