I had a great experience at the Kirkwood location! Mackenzie helped me spiral bind my large reference manual, and she went above and beyond. Because the book was so big, she thoughtfully split it into two separate volumes and added protective covers to both sides of each—making it much easier to use. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Mackenzie and the other friendly team members in the print area. Excellent service from start to finish!”

I’ve purchased mirrorless, DSLR, and drones here. Be sure to ask them about the warranties that they offer. They also offer digital services, image recovery, and photo enlargement at their lab just next-door.”

“From the minute, I walked into this UPS store location. I knew it stood out far above the rest of the ones that I have visited just because of the young lady who had such a welcoming kind personality from the minute I walked in the door. Mind you, I walked into the door carrying a men’s dress shirt that didn’t have a package because it was an Amazon return, and the packaging that it came in was a very slim plastic vacuum sealed package that I couldn’t put it back in. She was very efficient and had just such an uplifting spirit about her. I had to come and leave a review. how they recommend going to this location above any of the mini around it. I have encountered employees at the locations near this one that seemed not in the best of moods and like they didn’t have much patience.”

Last Year, I decided I wanted professionally printed tickets, for a formal event, and I chose Gateway Digital Press. I had designed them and GDP was the commercial printer. The cost couldn't be beat. My tickets were so beautiful, they made everyone jealous.

I had found a design online that I wanted reproduced on a few T Shirts and whole process from start to finish was flawless from the quality of the Tee's to the 100 % accuracy of the design, also the Tee's ran true to size. “I have to give a shout out to Chris at Office Depot in Bridgeton. I ordered a desk for pick up and found out it was definitely heavy enough to require two men to lift. So I tried my best to get a buddy but bad weather was coming soon and I could get no help. So I called the store Chris answered and after speaking to me he suggested that between us we should be able to get it in the back of my truck. So I agreed, showed up and walked in. There weren’t very many employees there but I found a young lady at a desk and asked for Chris, she pointed the way and stated it was just those two there, pardon the wait. It was no problem and Chris was available and promptly helped me with a smile. He was right, we got it in. My bum shoulder was giving me trouble and I mentioned I might not be able to help the next guy help me. He suggested I just take it in piece by piece and do it that way. I’m not dumb but I hadn’t even thought of that. Well that thoughtful information ended up being the only way I was going to get it in the house with all neighbors gone! It was easy to do and I can’t thank Chris enough for all his help. Chris is an asset to this company or any other he would join.”

After panicking about the situation, which was done by another location, Ms McCline was able to help me.She assisted with calling a the Fed Ex number to get this straightened out. She also created me an account so if this ever happens again, it will be easier to resolve. Ms McCline is an asset to FedEx. Don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t been working. Most of the people I called at FedEx for help were of no help. Thank you Ms McCline for being there for me?”
