Because the book was so big, she thoughtfully split it into two separate volumes and added protective covers to both sides of each—making it much easier to use. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Mackenzie and the other friendly team members in the print area. “I had such a positive experience with the Minuteman Press team at Kirkwood Rd. and Big Bend on 9/19. I was working on a small project for my job and ran into some printing difficulties. Since they’re located close to my school, I reached out, and I’m so glad I did.

“I was provided inaccurate information regarding the fingerprinting service and arrived at the counter without all the documents I needed. The employee helpfully explained what I really needed and was patient as I grabbed additional documentation from my car. He helped me get set up on the machine. I had a package to send on top of this, and even though I failed to tape it or attach my pre-paid printout before dropping it off, he took it back with no complaint and provided me the receipt. Last Year, I decided I wanted professionally printed tickets, for a formal event, and I chose Gateway Digital Press. I had designed them and GDP was the commercial printer. The cost couldn't be beat. My tickets were so beautiful, they made everyone jealous.
So this year, I actually spoke to Craig and told him he did my tickets last year, and there is NO WAY, I would go anywhere else.

I missed a very important package that was being delivered that I had to sign for.. absolutely my fault but the staff helped me find delivery truck an where it was gonna be . Gave me the address an directions an time to go pick it up.”
